Connected Care Solutions was born from a love of healthcare and seeing people of all ages and backgrounds experience their best life, living at home and/or being an active part of the community.
Hi, I’m Liz, founder of Connected Care Solutions. We provide compassionate, person-centred support to people living with disability and older adults, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Hailing from 20 plus years in the corporate world, Liz moved into disability support work in 2020 to follow her passion for supporting those who require assistance, to not only thrive but to enrich their life and offer them the best experience. Liz’s aim is to bring a sense of reliable calm to each of her clients and their families, whether she works with them long term or for a short-term care project. Liz’s vision is to bring a sense of fun into every day and to become a confidante as well as a Carer.
When Liz started a home services business in 2019, she gained valuable experience in cleaning, decluttering and assisting families manage their homes. Through this work, she also recognised a growing need for something more genuine - compassionate support for people with disability and older adults.
With a career spanning 20 years in the corporate world and extensive experience as a Shopping Centre Manager, Liz understands the demands and stresses of everyday life - particularly when supporting family members and loved ones who may need additional care and assistance.
Qualified in Health Services Assistance, Medical Administration, CPR, First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and other complex medical tasks, Liz has extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse disabilities. She is clinically signed off to perform specialised complex care tasks such as PEG feeding, catheter care, and bowel management.
Liz has a Police Check, a Blue Card, NDIS Workers Screening Clearace and can provide disability support for those clients who are NDIS self-managed or plan managed.
