As a qualified Disability Support Worker, Liz provides in-home and community support. On meeting with new clients, Liz discusses and develops a plan to accommodate all their needs and ensures you have the support you require with any necessary adjustments agreed and made. This written Service Agreement gives the whole family the reassurance you need to relax, knowing you'll be receiving the highest standard of care. Liz has a passion for caring for people and does not only want to know the basics when it comes to your loved ones care but also would like to know and understand as much as she can in order for your loved one to thrive. Healing occurs on many levels and recognising, encouraging and having a connection is an essential part of support work.
Based on your unique requirements, Liz is proactive in scheduling trips, outings and fun to ensure that you're not just safe in her care, but actively enjoying life.
